The Commonwealth Grant Guidelines (CGGs) provide the policy for efficient, effective and ethical administration of DEEWR grants and operates as a whole of government framework applying to grant administration activities within agencies. The CGGs are supported by the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations (FMA Regulations).
