The Child Care Service Handbook is a reference book for approved child care service providers not yet transferred to the new Child Care Management System. The handbook was developed as a guide to assist services with the administration of Child Care Benefit and the Child Care Support Program.
The printed version of the Child Care Service Handbook 2007-2008 was sent to child care services in September 2007. If you would like a copy please call 1800 050 009.
We have upgraded the online version of the handbook to make it easier for service types to select information relevant to them. You will notice that particular service type information can be accessed through the Quick Access links. We hope that this function increases the usability of the online version and helps you to navigate the system.
