To help us administer GEERS efficiently, the Department appreciates advice on events that affect a case, including:

• if the employer’s interests or assets have been sold or otherwise transferred to another business in a manner that affects employees
• all circulars and reports to creditors, as well as copies of Agreements or Trusts entered into by the employer in the last 12 months
• the likelihood of a dividend
• any matters relevant to the Commonwealth’s rights of recovery
• any other relevant documentation as soon as it becomes available, including Notices of Creditors Meetings and Creditors Reports.
