  • Fair Work Australia (FWA) is the national workplace relations tribunal. It is an independent body with power to carry out a range of functions relating to the safety net of minimum wages and employment conditions, enterprise bargaining, industrial action, dispute resolution, termination of employment and other workplace matters.
  • Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia (ITSA) is the government agency responsible for the administration and regulation of Australia’s personal insolvency system.
  • Jobsearch provides information about jobs and working conditions, careers and training, employment programmes and details of actual job and volunteering opportunities.
  • Job Services Australia is designed to meet the employment and recruitment requirements of both job seekers and employers by providing new opportunities for Australians to receive one-on-one assistance and tailored employment services.
