The Department uses the GEERS Operational Arrangements (OAs) to determine eligibility for GEERS assistance.  The OAs set out how GEERS is administered.  Refer to the OAs if you would like more information on how the Department assesses claims.

The GEERS Operational Arrangements were amended on 1 January 2011.
