On 23 December 2009, the Acting Minister for Workplace Relations, Senator Carr, announced the release of the Fair Work Principles User Guide to assist agencies and suppliers interpret and implement the Australian Government’s new Fair Work Principles.
The Fair Work Principles commence on 1 January 2010 and ensure that Commonwealth procurement decisions promote fair, cooperative and productive workplaces.
