The Department undertakes an assessment of your industrial instruments for compliance with The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (the Code) and the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (the Guidelines) on the basis of the information and representations provided by you. If the information you provide changes, or is inaccurate, your position in relation of compliance with the Code and Guidelines may be affected. The Department may provide any information collected, or provided during the course of this assessment process (including the outcome of any assessment) to other Commonwealth agencies or regulatory bodies including the Office of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner and Fair Work Australia.
