Your reporting obligations

Agencies are required to report:

• to DEEWR on current and planned construction via email at building@deewr.gov.au. For further assistance, please contact the National Code Hotline on: 1300 731 293.
• suspected breaches of the Code  and Guidelines to the Code Monitoring Group within 21 days of the client becoming aware of the alleged breach. The Code Monitoring Group can be contacted via email at building@deewr.gov.au  or by post:
