Reporting Information

Funding Recipients are required to submit 3 Month, Interim Month and Final Reports on the progress of their project. On completion an Externally Audited Financial Statement must be submitted.

Projects funded after 1 January 2010.

Report templates for projects funded after 1 January 2010 will be available soon.  All reports will be required to be submitted using WELL Online.
