The following groups may apply for WELL Resource and Strategic Project funding:

• Enterprises (including government business enterprises)
• Australian Government agencies and state/territory government departments and agencies
• Representative bodies (Industry Skills Councils, employer organisations and trade unions)
• Registered Training Organisations
