  • Workbase New Zealand
    The National Centre for Workplace Literacy & Language is an independent non-profit organisation that improves literacy, numeracy and communication skills of the New Zealand workforce. Established in 1996 Workbase works in partnership with business, the tertiary education sector and government and contracts to a wide range of private and public sector organisations in recognition that literacy impacts across many policy and practice contexts.
  • Literacy, Language and Numeracy Action Plan 2008-1012
    This site looks closely at how literacy and numeracy skills are taught and, in particular, how tertiary education organisations need to be supported to build their capability to offer these learning opportunities.

  • Further Education National Training Organisation (FENTO)
    FENTO is the national lead body for the development, quality assurance and promotion of national standards for the FE sector in Britain.
  • National Grid for Learning Cymru (NGfL Cymru)
    NGfL Cymru is managed by WJEC (Welsh Joint Education Committee) on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government and from 1 June 2007 NGfL Cymru has been given an enhanced remit to develop its library of interactive resources for teachers and learners at all levels.
