As a result of the new National Agreement for Skills and workforce Development that was decided upon by the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) on 29 November 2008, funding for Innovative projects under the Adult Literacy National Project (ALNP) has now been rolled into the State and Territories base funding. As a result of this decision there will be no funding round in 2009.
