This kit of two titles aims to assist workplace supervisors, trainers and assessors to implement the new Transport and Distribution Industries' Training Package, with particular attention to the language and literacy components of workplace learning.

The manual is directed at human resources managers and workplace trainers and assessors and is designed to ensure that the warehousing training package can be accessed, interpreted and applied, both to groups and to individual employees. Through these sections the manual provides a step by step approach to breaking down tasks, developing adequate work instructions and linking these to existing competency standards.
