This guide aims to help learners to prepare for the training and testing for the Dogging Certificate of Competency. It includes:

Forklifting

Forklift Risks and Hazards

A 22 minute DVD titled "Forklift Risks and Hazards" that deals with safe forklift operation and focuses on hazard identification and risk management.  The resource also includes a CD containing trainers’ notes and customisable worksheets, covering topics such as verbal and written communication, workplace documentation, safety signs and risk control. 

The resource is aligned to the industry unit TLID1007C Operate a forklift from the TLI07 Transport and Logistics Training Package and covers most of the required knowledge and skills for this unit, including communication and literacy skills.
