Communicating at work

This title is one in a series of nine training and assessment workbooks which support the delivery of the Certificate I in Business from the Business Services Training Package. The workbooks are designed for learners from ESL backgrounds, or who have literacy needs and could also be used either to deliver the full Certificate or as part of a prevocational training program.
