The resource includes a DVD with an accompanying booklet, serving as a self-paced multi-media package that supports the development of practical e-literacy skills. The package can be used independently or with the support of a case worker. Specifically, users will develop/enhance their ability in the following key areas: basic computing, internet navigation, search strategies, email and trouble shooting.
