The Overview Paper provides information to all interested parties of the intended changes to the LLNP. It also provides a guide to any potential tenderers regarding arrangements in the next contract round (2010-2013).
The Australian Government will be going to the open market to purchase services for the delivery of LLNP. It is expected the Request for Tender will be released at the end of October 2009 with the new contract commencing on 1 July 2010.
