Privacy Statement

DEEWR collects your personal information for the purpose of maintaining the above mailing list, providing you with updates about establishment of the national VET regulator (NVR), and responding to your inquiries. DEEWR may disclose your personal information to the national VET regulator, once it is established, for the same purposes.

Note that if your personal information is disclosed to the NVR, the conditions of subscription below will continue to apply, except that the references to ‘DEEWR’ would be taken to be references to the NVR, unless the NVR notifies you of any amendments to those conditions. DEEWR will not otherwise disclose your personal information except as required or authorised by law.

Conditions of Subscription

• Subscribers may cancel their subscription to the National VET regulator update at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription please email VETregulator@deewr.gov.au with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line of your email.
• DEEWR intends that National VET regulator updates will be e-mailed to subscribers as information on the progress of the new regulator becomes available. However, DEEWR reserves the right to change the frequency with which updates are forwarded to subscribers.
• No fee is payable by subscribers for subscription to the National VET regulator update.
• DEEWR reserves the right to delete any subscription from its records if an update cannot be delivered to the e-mail address provided by the subscriber, or for any other reason.
