Welcome to the National Conversation with Principals homepage.

This year’s National Conversation with Principals was held in Canberra on 3 and 4 May 2012.

Delegates including over 140 school principals from across Australia and representatives from Principal associations, Unions and parent associations attended this year’s event to discuss key topics at the forefront of the schools reform agenda, including School Funding, quality teaching and digital education.

The purpose of the 2012 forum was to engage with school principals to provide an opportunity for the Australian Government to further outline its policies for school education and facilitate discussion and feedback on the impact of the policies at school level.

Highlights, video interviews and more information on this event will be available soon.
