National Career Development Week

National Career Development Week

National Career Development Week (NCDW), an initiative of the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA), aims to promote awareness of career development and encourages all Australians to develop the skills to manage their careers, learning, work and lives. During 2010 over 900 events were held across Australia.

NCDW provides free careers resources and merchandise, and event management factsheets and templates to all NCDW registered careers events during the year.

Now in its 5th year, the 2011 week of celebrations of all registered careers activities held throughout the year, will be from 16 - 22 May.

NCDW is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).

For more information about resources and how to get involved visit the National Career Development Week website.
