Program Guidelines
The Building the Education Revolution (BER) Guidelines set out arrangements for the administration and delivery of the BER program by states, territories, Block Grant Authorities and schools. The Commonwealth reserves the right to amend these Guidelines as necessary. Information concerning changes to the Guidelines will be posted on this website.
