Round Three P21 Results

The Hon Julia Gillard MP, Minister for Education has announced that 2746 Australian schools will receive $4.6 billion in funding for the construction and refurbishment of major infrastructure, including libraries and multi-purpose halls under Round Three of Primary Schools for the 21st Century (P21).

Together with Round One and Two, the total amount of funding under P21 is $14.1 billion, increasing the ability of 7961 Australian primary schools to deliver a world-class education to meet the needs of today’s students and teachers.

With many of the projects under Rounds One and Two of P21 already commenced, and with Round Three projects scheduled to begin as soon as possible, the funding will be providing immediate support for local jobs.
