My Details
The My Details screen is where your details are viewed in INDIGO. The screen displays your name and email address.
You are also able to change your password from the My Details screen by selecting Change My Password link.
The Change Password screen allows you to change your password. It is very important that you choose a password that is easy for you to remember but hard for anybody else to guess.
INDIGO uses strong passwords that must match the following criteria
Be at least seven characters in length and contain at least one character from three of the following four classes:
| 1 |
English Upper Case Letters |
A,B,C,……Z |
| 2 |
English Lower Case Letters |
a,b,c,……..z |
| 3 |
Numeric |
1,2,3,…..…9 |
| 4 |
Non-alphanumeric (special characters) |
%,@,?,….. |
Passwords must not contain your Logon ID or any part of your name.
Some special words have been reserved and will not be accepted.
INDIGO will not accept the previous ten passwords you entered in the system. An error message will be displayed if you have already used the password.
If the password you have chosen does not meet the above criteria, INDIGO will display an error message at the top of the screen, and request that you enter a new password.
Note: DEEWR will treat anybody who enters your Logon ID and Password as if they are you. They will be able to view/add/amend any data to which you have access. You will be held accountable for any actions they perform in INDIGO and for how they use any information they obtain under your Logon ID.
