Professor Larissa Behrendt, Chair of the Review Panel, delivered a keynote address to the Regional Tertiary Higher Education Conference held in Coffs Harbour on 2 August.  The title of the address was the Role of Regional Tertiary Providers in Enabling Indigenous Student Participation.
