Vacancy Locations

Applications for the 2010 IAGDP have now closed. Candidates who have submitted an application can expect to be notified of their success in progressing to the second stage of the assessment process by the end of February 2010. Thank you for your interest in the program.

As agencies clarify their requirements, additional details regarding the extent of their involvement, including the location of their vacancies will be added to this page. Candidates will be kept informed of any changes in the location of vacancies  during the period applications are open.

As is the case with the APS generally, a significant percentage of the positions on the IAGDP are likely to be located in Canberra. Several of the previous participants whose stories are featured on this website either relocated to Canberra in order to participate on the program, or have subsequently relocated to take up career opportunities.

You can read their stories by visiting our Previous Participants’ Stories page, or if you would like to ask one of them a question about their move to Canberra, please email them care of iagdp@deewr.gov.au.
