The Australian Government has announced the successful EIF Round 3 and the Sustainability Round projects. In total, 19 projects were approved for funding across the tertiary education and research sectors, they are listed below.
The Government has extended funding to the EIF Round 3 and Sustainability Round to include an additional $200 million for projects that focus on teaching and research, particularly the areas of climate change and sustainability. This brings the total funding allocated for Round 3 and Sustainability Round projects to $550 million.
New South Wales
- Building for the Future: Interactive Learning Environment at University of Technology Sydney,
- The Australian Institute for Nanoscience at the University of Sydney,
- The AutoCell Transport Technology Centre at the Sydney Institute of TAFE NSW, and
- Retrofitting for Resilient and Sustainable Buildings at the University of Wollongong
