New Commonwealth supported higher education places

Early childhood education higher education places

As part of the Australian Government’s larger reforms in the early childhood education and care area, the Government committed to provide for 1500 commencing Commonwealth supported early childhood education places by allocating 500 additional places for commencement in each of 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Recent allocations of new Commonwealth supported higher education places

The Australian Government has recently allocated:

  • 220 new ongoing Commonwealth supported places in early childhood education to commence in 2011 ( PDF 81KB RTF 154KB)

The Australian Government has previously allocated on 14 October 2009:

  • 280 new ongoing Commonwealth supported places in early childhood education to commence in 2011( PDF 72KBRTF 145KB)
  • 500 new ongoing Commonwealth supported places in early childhood education to commence in 2010 ( PDF 83KB RTF 233KB)
