“I think we have found it has been successful for us because of returned workers who have come back this year, the efficiencies gained have been huge and the willingness of the individual to work. The return workers we got this year got off the plane on Thursday and they had to do government things on Friday and they went to work on Saturday, and we got them out there going.”

“Moana and Norris were very reliable workers and they obviously wanted to work. They were quick learners and very nice people to have on our farm. The work the ladies were doing is very delicate and a lot of care needs to be taken when picking the fruit and they were excellent for our purposes. I would definitely have them back”. |

“... we appear to have a happy, motivated new team. Glasshouse work too, is very different from field work, but again the workers are so keen to get on and work, we are noting a significantly better startup than we get with our general intake and backpacker type workers.
