Experience+ Training

If you are 50 years or over and you work with apprentices or trainees, your employer may be able to access $4590 (includes GST) to provide you with training to increase your capacity to provide supervisory or mentoring support in the workplace.

More Help for Mature Age Workers

If you are 50 years or over and have trade relevant skills but no formal qualifications, your employer may be able to access up to $4400 (includes GST) to provide you with the opportunity to have your skills assessed and formally recognized, and provide you with appropriate training to address any skills gaps.

On-the-job Support

If you are 50 years and over and you have a health condition, injury or disability that is placing your job at risk, you may be able to access tailored face-to-face support and training to help you keep your job.

If you are under 50 years of age, you can access Job in Jeopardy assistance. Job in Jeopardy assistance is immediate support to help employees, irrespective of their age, who are likely to lose their job as a result of their disability, illness or injury. Employment Assistance Fund

If you have a health condition, disability or injury, you may be able to access workplace assessments, workplace adjustments and modifications or other support in the workplace through the Employment Assistance Fund.

The Employment Assistance Fund provides financial help for work-related equipment, modifications and services.
