Experience+ includes free professional career planning sessions and a résumé appraisal service for Australians aged 45 years and over.
Training grants for employers
Employers can access grants of $4950 to support their mature age workers (aged 50 years and over) to help them gain new skills that will help them mentor apprentices and trainees.
Tailored assistance for a change in role
Workers aged 50 and over in Priority Employment Areas can access tailored assistance and free training through Job Services Australia if they want help to move to a less physically demanding role.
On-the-job support if your job is at risk
Workers whose job is at risk due to a health condition can access face-to-face support and free training to help them keep their job.
