To get the most out of your career planning session, do some of the activities in My Guide before speaking to a Career Adviser. My Guide is a personalised career exploration service that allows you to record your interests, skills and experience, and develop a career profile. Résumé Appraisal
Update your résumé so that you are presenting yourself effectively to potential employers. Career Advisers will review your résumé and provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement:
- Advice on résumé preparation and presentation
- Matching your skills, experience and qualifications to your employment goals
- Managing career gaps
- Relating your skills, experience and achievements to the needs of the employer and the requirements of the job.
