You can gain a competitive edge by retaining the skills and experience of your mature age staff. There is help available to keep your skilled workers.
Investing in Experience tool kit

Checklists, case studies and links to further resources are also included throughout the tool kit.
Losing experience staff to retirement can hurt your organisation. In addition to the costs of recruiting and training new staff, there is also the lost knowledge of your business and clients. Chapter 4 of the tool kit offers suggestions on alternatives to retirement that can extend the contribution of experienced workers to your business.
