Flexible Funding Pool Guidelines

Flexible Funding Pool Guidelines

In the 2011-12 Budget, the Australian Government announced a $20 million (over two years) Flexible Funding Pool as part of the extension of the Priority Employment Area initiative to June 2013. The Flexible Funding Pool will directly support the work of Local Employment Coordinators in the 20 priority employment areas.

The Flexible Funding Pool will enable Local Employment Coordinators to respond quickly to local needs and maximise employment and training opportunities. It will support activities or projects which add value or build on government and other investment in priority employment areas.

While the Flexible Funding Pool is open to applications from Local Employment Coordinators only, stakeholders can work with Local Employment Coordinators to identify possible funding opportunities. Funding will be available to 30 June 2013.

The Guidelines for the Local Employment Coordinator Flexible Funding Pool are available below.
