Job seekers have begun receiving individual letters and a Fact Sheet , advising them about the new employment services and letting them know if they change to a new service provider.
Providers will also contact most job seekers by late June. If a job seeker would like to receive assistance straight away and has not been contacted, they should call the customer service line on 1800 805 260.
The Department will take into account the number of job seekers a provider can help and the location of a job seeker when considering when to propose a change of providers. However, job seekers remain entitled to request a change of provider.
