The Job Services Australia Quality Framework (the framework) has been formally endorsed by the Minister for Employment Participation and is now released for the information of JSA Providers.
The overarching framework was initially released on 11 September 2009. As a result of a period of consultation and feedback the framework has been updated, however the overarching architecture outlined in the framework from September 2009 remains unchanged.
