If you are a registered job seeker with Job Services Australia, you will have new opportunities to participate in a broad range of training and skills development initiatives, designed specifically to help you increase your skills and become work-ready. Every job seeker will be linked to a Job Services Australia provider of their choice, who will develop an individually tailored Employment Pathway Plan that will set out the support and services you need to help you get a job. Your local Job Services Australia provider will have access to the Employment Pathway Fund which may be used to purchase a broad range of assistance to help you get the right training and other support to help you find and keep a job.
