To help deliver Job Services Australia, the Australia Government has contracted a range of organisations to provide employment services in more than 2000 locations, right across Australia. Job Services Australia providers are a mix of large, medium and small, for-profit and not-for-profit organisations that demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality services. What this means for job seekers

Your local Job Services Australia provider will be your first port of call for all your employment and job search needs. They will work with you one-on-one to help develop and enhance your skills—for the job or training that’s right for you.

Unlike the previous system, through Job Services Australia, you won’t have to move in and out of different programs, or from one provider to another. Job Services Australia folds seven of the previously separate employment services programs into one service that provides greater flexibility and a more convenient service for you, with no interruptions in the delivery of those services.

Your Job Services Australia provider will also work with local employers, registered training organisations, state, territory and local governments, community and health services and other organisations. They will know where the jobs are and what to do to help you get one. You will have greater access to training, skills development and other flexible assistance when you require it. This includes gaining work experience and access to other initiatives.
