Harvest Labour Services

Harvest Labour Services

Harvest Labour Services can help you find work as a harvest labourer in rural and regional areas across Australia. Job Services Australia providers are located in many regions across Australia and can help match your interests and skills to harvest work vacancies in areas of high demand.

Harvest work is generally available throughout the year where there are not enough local workers to harvest fruit and vegetable crops or assist wool growers. As well as providing exciting opportunities to travel and learn new skills, all Harvest Labour Services delivered through Job Services Australia also maintain good working conditions and occupational health and safety.

No matter what your background, age or work history, harvest work gives you the opportunity to:

  • combine work with travel around Australia
  • meet people from around the world
  • carry out a range of different work activities
  • work for the majority of the year.

You can also choose to base yourself in a particular region.

National Harvest Labour Information Service

The National Harvest Labour Information Service (NHLIS) can help you find information about fruit and vegetable harvest jobs across Australia. The NHLIS provides you with comprehensive, up-to-date information about harvest work vacancies and opportunities through the Harvest Trail website.

The NHLIS links Job Services Australia Harvest Labour Service providers with other providers, growers, grower associations, and a range of recruitment agencies. It also works with state and territory governments to promote harvest work opportunities to job seekers and employers.
