Job Placement, Employment and Training targets young people from 15 to 21 years of age who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and/or have multiple non-vocational barriers that severely limit their capacity to participate socially in the life of their communities, participate in economic focused activity such as education, employment or vocational training and/or benefit from employment assistance.
