The Australian Government, through the former Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) released the above tender seeking an organisation or consortium to develop an overarching evaluation framework and subsequently undertake this evaluation, commencing in 2007 until June 2010 (or such dates as advised by DEWR). This two stage project will consider the efficiency and effectiveness of selected service models in achieving sustained employment outcomes for people with mental illness.
