The application process for the allocation of more than one and a half thousand In Home Care and Occasional Care places to help families in need of child care is now open.

The Government’s decision to allocate these In Home Care and Occasional Care places is part of its broader commitment to the early years and delivering affordable, accessible and quality child care.

The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking applications from existing and prospective operators of In Home Care and Occasional Care services, interested in receiving an allocation of In Home Care or Occasional Care places.
