The DEEWR Collective Agreement (CA) was lodged with the Workplace Authority on 17 April and has now been approved. The CA will apply from 30 April 2009. This is one of the final steps in DEEWR coming together as one entity with a common framework for non-SES remuneration and conditions. Employees will be paid the new CA rates on pay day 14 May 2009.
