Helpful Hints
Application
The Australian Public Service recruits staff based on merit, which means that from a field of applicants, DEEWR needs to select the best person for the job. To do this, DEEWR compare and weigh-up the skills, experience and abilities of each candidate. DEEWR use different tools and techniques, such as written applications, interviews and work-sample tests, to collect the evidence we need to make a merit-based decision.
Application selection criteria and interview questions will be based on the Integrated Leadership System (ILS) selection criteria for an APS3 level. You must answer each individual selection criterion.
