Interviews are usually conducted face-to-face in our offices with a Panel. The process and questions will vary with each role you have applied for, but the Panel will generally explore your work related qualities such as:
- Your Skills and abilities
- Qualifications and training
- Examples you have used against the selection criteria
- Standard of work performance
- Capacity to produce outcomes from effective performance at the level required
- Relevant personal qualities
- Demonstrated potential for further development
- Ability to contribute to team performance.
We also offer flexible means to interview candidates including telephone and video conference. The panel will make the necessary arrangements when required.
